- To Help manage the creation and planning of the local strategy within adidas Japan Wholesale and the process from the implementation of the strategic plans to the flawless execution
- To drive overall efficiencies within the business and be responsible for further business development
- To lead and drive progress of sales projects that crossing functional teams from company
- Play a key role in the creation of the local Wholesale strategy and ensure alignment with the global Wholesale strategy
- Establish a standard project management approach and effective communication method to implement the strategic project for the Wholesale management team;
- Highlight risks of potential project non-completion based on agreed timelines
- Liaise with the Wholesale intelligence team to measure and track the impact of the completed plans on the business vs. target
- Manage and assist to implement the global & local strategic initiatives from the initial planning to the flawless execution
- Manage end to end process for key account short/long term business requirements.
- Project management for alignment with Key Account and global team based on GTM milestones.
- Lead overall arrangement for Global Exhibition
- Coordinate Global BU presentation
- top to top meetings
- verify all presentation documents from Key Account
- Identify, (using SWOT analysis, for example), the key areas to drive efficiencies within the business, to acquire the potential business gains, and to create plans to address the opportunities and risks
- Own key business development projects from the concept development to the execution
- Coordinate local / global resources for the flowless execution of projects
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Manage the internal communication facilitators whose primary role is to own the communication of all the key information to all Wholesale members in order to drive the flawless planning and execution
- Global / APAC: Counterpart per each project
- Market Commercial: Sales VP, Sales channel Senior Directors, and account managers in Key Accounts channel, Field Sales channel, and Special channel
- Market Back Office: Sales Planning & Analysis team in Key Accounts channel and Field Sales channel, Customer Services, FP&A, Logistics, IT, Key City, PMO
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment

- University degree in Business or equivalent
- 4-6 years of functional experiences in Sales
- Minimum 2 years of managerial experiences
- Ideally in Apparel / Fashion / Shoes / FMCG
- Exposure: Sports or Lifestyle industry, Sales, Marketing, Project Management
- IT: Advanced MS Office Skill
- English: Fluent in writing and speaking
- Japanese: Fluent
