- Execute repair, field modernisations, and smaller installations on standard equipment independently
- Participate in after-hour call-out roster according to branch requirements
- Present standard solutions for repair and field modernisation to customers
- Generate leads and deliver field quotations
- Address emergency breakdowns, identify and repair faults on standard cranes
- Engage local support functions and senior co-workers as necessary
- Possess a broad understanding of local standards and regulations
- Ensure accurate and timely paperwork management following company procedures
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or electrical engineering
- More than 2 years of experience in mechanical equipment site assembling, manufacturing, and site installation for commissioning
- Experience in project execution
- Prior experience in the crane industry is a plus
- Fluent level Japanese; proficient in verbal and written English
