「デジタルトランス フォーメーション」を実現するための手段として、クラウドをベースにした各種サービス をお客様に活用いただくことになりますが、こうしたサービスは、導入しただけではビジ ネス変革の目標を達成するのは簡単ではありません。
Customer Success 部門では当社のクラウドサービスを活用してお客様のビジネス変革を成 功させる、デジタルトランスフォーメーションの推進役としてお客様のビジネスおよび IT の意思決定者と共に価値を実現できるようご支援します。
■Customer Success Account Managerの概要について
Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) は、ポストセールスに責任を持ちお客様の ビジネスやIT目標を理解した上で、 お客様との強固なリレーションシップの構築・成果 と価値実現を意識したサポートプログラムの提供計画策定と優先度付け・アカウント営業 チームなど他部署との密な連携による支援リソースのオーケストレーション・各種技術的 なブロッカーの解決に必要なサービス提供により、お客様のデジタルトランスフォーメー ションを成功に導きます。
Qualifications
〇求められるスキル/経験
・プロジェクトマネジメント経験
・サポートもしくはコンサルティングサービスのデリバリー経験
・優れたコミュニケーションスキル・リレーション構築スキル
・社内外の関係者をオーケストレーションすることができるリーダーシップ
〇任意(あれば尚可)スキル/経験
・クラウド サービスの市場動向の知識
・クラウドのアーキテクチャー設計、マイグレーションに関する経験
〇求める人物像
・顧客の「デジタルトランスフォーメーション」を実現するために全力で支援をするマインド
〇語学力
・日本語:ビジネスレベル以上の日本語能力。読み書き会話。
・英語:英文文書の読解力。ビジネスレベルの会話力。
Responsibilities
■職務内容
・顧客のビジネス成果とマイクロソフトソリューションの価値を最大化するために、質の高いサポートサービスの計画と提供を推進し、サポート契約上の義務を果たす。
・顧客およびアカウントチームと連携し、クラウドおよびオンプレミスのワークロードを対象とした顧客とのエンゲージメントおよびサポートプログラムの優先順位付けと計画を行う。
・優先付けされたワークロードの健全性、パフォーマンス、ビジネス能力を向上させるための成果を定義し、お客様の価値実現を促進する。
・エンゲージメントとサポートプログラムのオーケストレーション、カスタマー・ステークホルダーとのコミュニケーション。
・重大な技術的障害のエスカレーションマネジメントを通じ、当社の製品とソリューションをさらに向上させるためのエンジニアリングフィードバックを適宜提供する。
・担当いただく業界は自動車/鉄道/製造/金融/流通/小売り/不動産/インフラサービス/通信/ゲーミング/公共/ヘルスケアがあり、1人あたり1社~5社程度を担当する。(※顧客のサポート契約の大きさによって受け持つ企業数は異なる)
