- Extensive experience in Go-to-market execution or business planning, collaborating across sales, marketing, partners, and customer engineering teams.
- Experience owning a product/solution play, supporting sellers/partners and helping achieve revenue goals in managed segment.
- Domain experience in the Security or a related field which may be transferable for you to excel in this role.
- Deep customer focus and understanding.
- Accountable for Area CSA Business Performance (Security FRA/Security Cloud Billed/Security ACR). Partners with Region to drive GTM for aligned Solution Plays, identifying growth opportunities in the market and builds clear execution plans
- Participate in Area CSA MCEM, IAP and business performance management rhythms. Generate Area business performance Insights for VSU/QBR/Monthly CSA regional governance rhythms.
- Partners across Microsoft core teams to bring the voice of field and co-design strategy and programs
- Lands and champions solution plays, activating connected sales and marketing execution in every segment to maximize performance and share
- Activate sellers on GTM plans that support strategic objectives, new initiatives and business performance. Activate Solution Plays (Mainstream) aligned to MCEM Stages. Partner with Region on Future Growth prioritisation. Create feedback loop Area to Region to Core.
- Collaborate with GPS for local partner-led marketing strategies and demand generation that support solution play performance
- Champions Microsoft strategy and Solution Areas and builds industry presence.
- Advocates as the voice of the Customer, Partners and Field to provide thought leadership on competitive landscape, solution area gaps, sales trends, etc. to drive improvements on the GTM plan
- Grows organization capability to drive true insights, learnings and blockers for leaders, managers, and sellers
- Creates clarity by creating a shared understanding and building a clear course of action
