- Collaborate closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic initiatives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Japan division and ensure goals are met
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and other departments, ensuring effective communication
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and challenges in the Japanese market
- Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes for the Japan division
- Implement and maintain operational processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and collaboration across all departments
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership role in the Information Technology and Services industry
- Strong track record of driving business growth and achieving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Fluent in Japanese and English, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, MBA preferred
