職務内容
IHIグループの基盤技術研究を担う技術開発本部における、化学プロセス関連装置の開発業務。各要素技術開発部門 などを取りまとめ、新たな装置の実証機や初号機の開発を推進します。◎当部門は工場での省人化・無人化を進めるため生産機械やFAシステムを開発し工場に導入しています。化学プロセスでは脱炭素のカギを握るアンモニア関連が当面の中心ですが、燃焼、真空化学、マイクロ波やレーザー応用装置など、幅広い研究対象があります。
◎担当案件の5割は稼働している工場での課題解決に向けた開発案件となり、残りの5割が新技術・新分野創出に向けた技術開発案件となります。 登録資格 【必須】・物理,化学の知識があり、機械設計、システム開発ができる方
・プラント設計・装置設計開発ができる能力を有する方
【尚可】システム導入経験
◎ドクター取得も推奨。海外案件、海外駐在などの機会もございます。
【働き方】
・平均残業時間は10~15時間とワークライフバランスのとれた環境
・全員VPNを搭載したモバイルPCを持っており、業務状況に合わせて在宅勤務が可能です。
・国内外の出張が発生します。(現在はコロナ禍の影響で海外出張無) 待遇 勤務時間 本社・事務所・研究所 8:30~17:30 (工場 8:00~17:00)
