TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.
【仕事内容】
自動車産業向け当社製品の新製品開発及び既存品の増設・リプレース・コストリダクションにおけるプロジェクトマネジメント業務全般をお任せします。
・ クロスファンクションチームを形成し、顧客要求確認から量産移行までのプロジェクト日程、タスクの管理
・ プロジェクト採算性評価と採算性改善の実施
・ 課題・問題解決に向けた関係部門及び生産工場との調整
・ マネジメントへのプロジェクト進捗報告と承認依頼、プレゼンテーションの実施

【応募資格】
・高専・大学卒以上
・普通自動車運転免許
・ 語学:日本語 - 母国語レベル(ビジネス対話および資料作成が可能なレベル)
英語 - 中上級レベル以上(プロジェクトミーティングなどで、卒なくファシリテート、質疑応答の対応が可能なレベル)
※海外拠点と日常的にメールや電話による情報交換と会議の機会があるため。
・ PCスキル:Microsoft Office〔EXCEL、Word、Power Point〕
【業務経験】
・ 製造業(特に電子部品・自動車業界)のメーカーでのプロジェクトマネジメント系の業務経験者、または研究開発、製品開発のエンジニア(設計)としての業務経験がありプロジェクトマネジメント業務を実行できる能力のある方
・ 折衝/交渉やクロスコミュニケーションに自信のある方
・ 社内外関係部門と連携し積極的に業務遂行ができる方及び論理的思考能力
・ 変化を恐れずに、問題解決のための努力を惜しまない姿勢を持っている方
・ 財務諸表に対する一般的な知識(P&L、原価計算など採算性評価に関する知識及び業務経験)
・ コネクタ、センサーなど、電子部品に関する一般的な知識をお持ちの方
・ 生産計画などのスケジュールマネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・ 英語や中国語でのプレゼンテーション経験をお持ちの方
