    Siemens Digital Industries Software is a leading provider of solutions for the design, simulation, and manufacture of products across many different industries.     ■業務内容

    エンジニアリングコンサルティング&サービスでは、ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) およびAI (Artificial Intelligence) の分野でエンジニアを募集しています。
    プロジェクトエンジニアとしての役割を担っていただきます。国際的なプロジェクトチームの一員として、顧客と密接に協力し、プロジェクトの成果を展開します。
    このプロジェクトでは、最先端のAI技術を使用したADASを開発することに重点を置いています

    1.自動車メーカーに対するADAS技術および自動運転技術の開発支援の提供。

    2.知覚システム、物体認識システム、データ処理システムの実装。

    3.エンジニアリングの成果物の提供

    4.プロジェクトチームでの活動、およびチームメンバーとしての活動

    5.技術開発への貢献

    ■応募資格(必須要件)

    ▼知識・経験

    ・AI (機械学習、ディープラーニング)もしくはADASの開発経験

    ・センサシステムに関する知識

    ▼スキル・能力

    ・ C++によるプログラミングスキル

    ・プロジェクトマネジメント

    ・顧客を納得させるコミュニケーション能力

    ・問題解決力

    ・新しい技術、高度な技術を素早く身につける能力

    ■学歴

    ・大学卒業以上が望ましい。

    (短期大学・高等専門学校卒業は可。専修学校、高等学校卒業は不可)

    ■言語力

    ▼英語

    ・日常会話、英文メールの読み書きができる

    ▼日本語

    ・日本語能力試験 N1以上

    ■勤務地

    ・新横浜オフィス

    ※屋内の受動喫煙対策:有(禁煙)

    ※在宅勤務可、顧客先(日本全国)訪問はございます

    ■待遇

    ・基本給年額:500〜1,000万円(支払い日:毎月25日)

    ・基本給年額以外にターゲットインセンティブあり

    ・深夜勤務手当

    ・退職金制度:あり(企業型確定拠出年金制度)

    ■就業時間

    ・専門業務型裁量労働制(9:00~17:30 を標準労働時間帯とし、社員の裁量に委ねる)

    ・時間外労働:概念なし

    ■休日

    年間休日:122日

    完全週休二日制(毎週土曜日・日曜日)、国民の祝日、年末年始

    ■休暇

    年次有給休暇、傷病休暇、慶弔休暇、特別休暇(事由による)

    産前産後休暇、生理休暇、介護休暇・子の看護休暇(ただし それぞれ1日目~5日目までは有給)、育児及び介護休業(ただし それぞれ最初の1日は有給)
