- Deliver day-to-day client services.
- Coordinate internal resources for client services.
- Cover existing clients as CRM.
- Participate in the team's sales initiatives.
- Bachelor or above
- Minimum 5 years of experience in asset management industry
- Solid experience in managing client relationships (especially with major pension clients)
- Working knowledge of investment products (in the Institutional space)
- Good command of English
- Native level of Japanese
