■キャリアマネジメント
輸送を担っていただく物流会社(キャリア)との、ビジネス戦略の策定と実行および窓口機能を担当します。
具体的には、キャリア各社に対して、契約の策定及び管理、キャリア各社への指導や監査による品質確保、各社への発注規模のコントロールなどを行うことを指します。
適切なキャリアに適切な価格での発注を行うことで、価格競争力を保ち、Capacity確保につなげることが可能となります。
また、キャリアのパフォーマンスにはAmazon幹線輸送を構成する運行数や運送コスト、システムの使用状況など様々なものが影響します。その為、キャリアマネージャーには多方面から情報を収集・分析することが求められ、キャリアが最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるようアクションを立案し、実行していただきます。
■キャリア各社との協業によるビジネス構築
キャリアと協業し、新たな輸送・配送スキームの構築やSustainabilityの実現に向けた取り組みなどのプロジェクトマネジメント
■業務プロセス企画・改善
計画した輸送ネットワークを実現するために必要な業務の企画や改善を行います。ビジネスの成長に伴い発生する業務プロセスの課題に対して、業務分析にもとづき問題点を発見し、改善策の立案を行うなど、スピード感高く業務を進める必要があります。また場合により新たな業務プロセスの立案と導入を行います。ITを利用した業務の高度化、自動化も当業務の範囲に含まれます。
上記の通り輸送計画から実行まで、テクノロジーを活用しつつ物流会社と密に連携をとりながら実行していく仕事です。自分の型や役割だけにとらわれず、柔軟に仕事を遂行できる方を募集しております。

・原則週3回出社(出勤先は目黒オフィス)
※今後ネットワーキングやチームワーク向上の為、またオフィスでの勤務が必須となる業務が発生した場合等、上記出社頻度が変更になる場合がございます。その為関東近郊の居住を推奨しますが、遠隔地をご希望の際は選考時にご相談いただけます。
・フレックスタイム制
※コアタイム無し・実働8時間/日となりますが、業務時間帯はマネージャーと相談の上、業務および個人の都合に応じて変更が可能となる場合があります。例えば、個人の事情で日中の勤務が難しい場合は他時間帯に振り分ける等、ワークライフバランスを重視した働き方が可能です。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大卒、またはそれに準ずる経験- 中級以上のPCスキル(Word, Power Point, Excel(集計関数やピボットテーブルを使った分析) )

- 業界を問わず法人営業の経験、または情報分析などを通じた業務改善に携わった経験
- IT企業やコンサルティングファームにおける物流業界担当
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 臨機応変に行動し、論理的に物事の判断ができる方- マルチタスクに優れ、効率的に優先度を持って業務を遂行できる方
- 不透明な状況下で解決すべき課題を抽出し、論拠を持って解決に導いた経験
- SQL等を用いた定量的な分析力及び高いITリテラシー
- 海外部署などとの調整経験、またはビジネス会話レベルの英語力(目安:TOEIC 700点以上)
