- Develop and execute a comprehensive business plan to achieve the company's goals and objectives in Japan
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and maximize revenue
- Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Identify market trends and customer needs to develop new product and service offerings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors' activities, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness
- Manage the budget and financial performance of the Japan office, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profitability analysis
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to optimize cross-functional operations and drive efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in a similar Country Manager role within the IT and Services industry
- Strong understanding of the Japanese market dynamics and cultural nuances
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performance teams
- Strategic mindset and ability to develop and execute business plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Japanese both written and spoken
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
