- Draft and edit various company agreements and contracts
- Support product launches
- Liaise closely with other team members to achieve business goals with minimal legal risks
- Support with routine company management requirements and administration work
- Implement training programs
- Ability to practice law in Japan
- 3-4 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel, strongly preferred
- Native level Japanese, Business level English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
