- HR Project Engineering: We also offer remote HR project management to businesses especially start-ups and SMEs needing HR experts to jumpstart and create their HR structure, organizational chart, company job descriptions, company handbook, employee orientation decks, employment contracts/ job offer templates, HR policies, salary offer, HR forms and processes for an end to end talent management from talent acquisition stage to employee onboarding and offboarding as well as total rewards, labor relations and organizational development stages.
- HR Consulting: We also offer remote HR advisory and counselling to business owners and their support teams in matters concerning employee discipline, salary appraisal, performance management and succession planning to ensure productive and highly motivated employees.
- Writing well-designed, testable and efficient code.
- Gathering and evaluating user feedback.
- Working as a part of a dynamic team to deliver winning products.
- Providing code documentation and other inputs to technical documents.
- Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Troubleshooting and debugging to optimise performance.
- Japanese language proficiency N1 to N3/ Must be a foreign national residing in Japan to be able to liaise effectively with different stakeholders across the region
- At least 3 years of experience in web application development and operation
- At least 2 years of experience in Java or Golang development
- Experience in designing and reviewing code
