本ポジションはフルタイムの職務であり、リテーナー契約ではありません
本ポジションでは、APAC法務責任者に報告し、その後、次席法務顧問(グローバル)に報告されます
契約上および商業上の問題、政府および規制法に関する法的問題についての助言
経営陣および人事部に雇用問題に関する助言
社内外の利害関係者からの法務対応、およびコマーシャル契約書内容のレビューなど
同社のクライアント、ベンダー、雇用に関する紛争対応、およびリスク管理業務
法的および規制上の要件について事業部門を指導、支援
適切な法的解決策を提供するためにリスクの特定、分析、評価を含む臨時の問い合わせに対応
組織内の他の弁護士と緊密に連携し、外部弁護士が取り扱う法的案件の調整
地域およびグローバルのコンプライアンス倫理チームと協力し、共通の懸念事項を特定し、共通の基準を確立し、地域のベストプラクティスについて企業を教育
必要に応じて法務部、内部監査、人事部と協力し、非倫理的行為やインフォシスのポリシーに関するその他の違反の申し立てについて調査し、適切な懲戒措置および/または是正措置を提案し、そのような措置が速やかに実施されるようにします
その他指示された職務
【 資格と学歴】
日本の認められた大学における法学の学位取得者
日本の弁護士資格を有し、可能であれば社内弁護士または法律事務所と合わせて8年以上の法務経験
【必須スキル】
-英語と日本語の読み書きと会話ができること
-日本の法律に関する深い知識とIT業界、契約に関する一般的な会社法の経験。雇用および規制法に関する知識があれば尚可
-強いリーダーシップを有し、クライアントからの信頼を素早く獲得する能力
-成熟した強力なリーダーシップスキルを有し、同僚に指示を与え、影響を与える能力
-実践的かつ創造的な問題分析と解決スキル
