■急速に成長するeコマースの市場環境において、担当企業でのヒルズブランドの成長を図る。
■担当するeコマース企業において、売上やマーケットシェアを含む目標を達成するために、戦略の策定と実施を効果的に行う。予想される出張の割合:20%程度
【業務内容】
■担当企業において、目標を達成するために効果的な販売計画を立案し、顧客と合意し、実施する(40%)
■eコマースの「ベストプラクティス」を実施する(40%)
■eコマースの成長スピードで、自身も成長する(20%)
