    Job Summary/Goals

    Support role in the AP Solution & Proposal function who in partnership with our Japan Sales Lead provides the development of our Customer solutions, prospecting and proposal related materials for new business opportunities, expansions and key renewals of existing accounts.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Solution & Proposal Management

  • Ensure latest and best solutions are incorporated into the most competitive offering possible addressing all our client's needs
  • Coordinate the overall development of our proposed Customer solutions in Japan
  • Coordination of overall solution and components across multiple service with our SMEsDevelop high quality, persuasive business materials (sales collateral, proposal documents and presentations) to assist in winning new business and retaining/renewing regional, national and international accounts in the firm's Japan portfolioCollaborate with and gather information from business line leaders and / or subject matter experts within JLL to customize RFP responses and pitch / presentation content
  • Jointly with Sales, oversee final production and quality control reviews of layout and delivery of proposals and pitches / presentations
  • Ensure ongoing communication and facilitation of a coordinated handoff to our Delivery and Operations teams on successful proposals
  • Pricing

  • Coordinate multiple external and internal stakeholders to ensure our price offering & solution is suitable to meet both our requirements and those of the client
  • Collaborate with and integrate pricing inputs across Service Lines into a final, best pricing solution
  • Review Deal P&L, cash flow, risk modelling inputs
  • Support CRB deal reviews and presentations for Japan
  • Functional Management

  • Partner closely with AP Regional teams and the AP Bid COE to ensure alignment and support of consistent processes, collateral and content as needed to improve efficiency and consistency
  • Participate in Regional collaboration to share ideas and drive continuous improvements in our offerings to Customers
  • Additional

  • Maintain knowledge of the competitive environment
  • Maintain proposal & presentation library including baselines, case studies and business cases / Commercials
  • Track ongoing activity and Win/Loss metrics on supported proposals
