- Sales planning by year/month/week/day for assigned accounts (Etailers and B2C). Ensure each account meets sales target.
- Sell through seasonal inventory with profitable inventory plan.
- KPI planning and tracking.
- Utilize online communication to strengthen Omni channel shopping experience and brand awareness.
- Product management: Screen all aspects of the product life cycle, communicate with DP and actively re-new by suggesting replacements as needed when inventory is not sufficient.
- Consistently troubleshoot products on assigned sites, translation, missing information, inaccurate copy details or photography, set to fine tuning.
- B2C customer service support: Propose and take action on new function for better customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and meet with external clients regularly in order to schedule and implement sales actions and promotions.
- Help plan, review, and execute digital marketing activities (emails review, social paid media campaigns, LINE ads) for B2C and E-tailers in order to maximize ROAS.
- Ensure up to date / familiar with products – product analysis.
- Awareness of key trends and suggest ways of highlighting these online.
- Contribute with proposals and suggestions for online marketing and social media campaigns.
- Be able to provide quality information inquiries and advice/solutions to customers.
- Implement online promotions with high ROAS.
- Markdown planning, discount management (time sales and coupons), maintain high challenge margin on assigned sites accounts.
- Operational expenses control.
- Report to Digital manager on a regular basis.
- Works closely with MD and Marketing teams.
- Regular communication with digital team in HQ.
- Required Minimum 2 years' experience in digital field. MS Excel proficiency (advanced level), PowerPoint, Word. Japanese fluent, English business level. Proactive and able to work independently. Strong sense of organization and attention to detail. Able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Interest in growing into a leadership role. Based in Tokyo area.

The primary function of the Digital Accounts Coordinator/Associate is to work effectively in liaison with the Digital Sales manager. The Coordinator/Associate is responsible for sales planning, product and stock analysis to increase revenue and meet applied targets, as well as helping lead digital marketing activities.
