- 快適なコミュニティ環境の創造、またメンバーに対するサプライズやイベント等の企画・運営サポートを通して担当拠点においてWeWork の「顔」となる
- メンバー同士の関係構築を通してメンバー間に快適で協働的なコミュニティを創造する
- メンバーの名前と所属を把握し、関係構築を率先しチームメンバーと情報共有をする
- WeWork のミッションやWeWork が提供するバリューを明確に発信、またチームメンバーが新規メンバーと契約を締結することをサポートし、メンバーのビジネス成長に繋げる
- チームメンバーがイベントを企画・主催する際に設営や撤収、飲食料品の発注、ポスターやニュースレター作成支援等のサポートをする
- コミュニティチームと協力して、タイムリーなサービスの提供を維持し必要に応じてコミュニケーションやフォローを促進する
- 毎週・毎月の拠点のターゲットを鑑み業務の質を管理するための定期的サポートを行う
- 担当拠点の機能、プロセスの運用がスムーズであることを確認する
- イベント主催者の窓口として業務を行う
- メンバーが最高レベルの経験を堪能できるようWeWork のコミュニティ内に情報を発信をする
- 拠点長からの指示を受け、臨機応変にチ ームメンバーをサポートする
- 拠点長やコミュニティ・リードからの指導のもとに個人MBO(重要業績評価指標)を管理・運用しリーダーシップスキルを強化する
- 自らをリードし役割のすべての側面における成功について個人的に責任を負う
- 学士号もしくは同等の学位
- WeWork のミッションおよびビジョンに心から共感できること
- 人とのつながり、セールスサポート、イベントマネジメント、オペレーション、ビジネスマネージメント、リーダーシップ能力において優れていること
- 個人よりチームを優先するマインド
- カスタマーサービスおよび/またはセールス経験
- 自ら始めたことを責任を持って計画的に実行した経験
