- 修理が完了できない場合に問題を通報し、メンテナンスが制限される問題を伝える
- 従業員、顧客の代表、および装置に関する技術的な製品サポートの提供
- 必要なタスクを効果的に実行し、ディングリでの役職の責任を果たすためには、必要に応じてスキル、ライセンス、資格を継続的に改善およびアップグレードすることが不可欠です
- 9時00分から18時00分までの実働8時間を基本とする。
- 休憩時間:60分
- 定例日:毎週土・日曜日、国民の祝日、会社が定める年末年始・夏季休日
- Trade certified qualifications in either a mechanical or auto-electrical field
- Knowledge of maintenance, inspection & repair procedures with construction or agricultural equipment
- 2 years post trade experience on EWP equipment (looked upon favorably)
- A high attention to detail, competent computer and communication skills
- Reliability, innovation, and an ambition for career progression
- Current permanent work rights with no restriction in Japan
- Current Japan drivers license

- 日本の機械レンタル会社に関する知識があれば
- 高所作業車特定自主検査検査員(検査業)資格所持者
- 複雑な技術コンセプトを専門的および非専門的なオーディエンスに効果的に伝えるコミュニケーション能力が優れていること
- 自発的で自己奮発し、個人でもチームでも働くことができること
- 顧客サービス志向があり、効果的に顧客との関係を築き、維持できること
- 必要に応じて顧客現地への出張を行う意欲があること
- 流暢な英語または中国語の読み書きと会話ができること(必要はありません)
- College degree in engineer or equivalent.
- At least 3 yrs experience as a service engineer in the mechanical or equivalent industry.
- Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Japan will be a definite advantage.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
- Good understanding of customers dynamic.
- The ability to deal with multiple requests without being overwhelmed.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
