    Today, more than half of the products sold on Amazon are from marketplace Sellers. Amazon Marketplace has grown into a huge part of Amazon and is still growing at a very fast pace. We are seeking a passionate and experienced leader for driving our Strategic Sellers for Amazon Fashion Marketplace.

    We strive to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business.

    Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable scalable global solutions.


    The ideal candidate is a hands-on senior leader who excels at data-driven decision making; thrives in a high-performance culture; embraces ambiguity with critical thinking; collaborates effectively and influence leaders in Japan and worldwide, both in Amazon as well as outside of Amazon; and ultimately delivers results through constant innovation and flawless execution.

    Key job responsibilities


    • Drive Strategic Sellers growth through strategic planning and execution with excellence
    • Build/evolve the mechanisms to accelerate key levers with Strategic Seller through various stakeholders
    • Identify growth opportunities. Create plans to achieve those targets and rally the organization to deliver on them
    • Set up overall business goals. Define and review goals and targets for every one of your team members. Hire and develop talent within the team. Build a high-performing team
    • Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet business goals, and escalate quickly to remove blockers
    • Manage weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual planning cycles in partnership with Finance and the rest of the Amazon organization
    • Lead periodic business reviews with senior leadership
    • Create effective mechanisms to track key inputs to the business and report closely on their progress
    • Bring and lead innovative ideas to further drive success

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor's degree
    • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
    • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience using analytical, account management, and productivity tools, such as, Oracle Business Intelligence, SalesForce, Tableau, or similar
    • Experience with Doubleclick (XSM, DFP), AdJuster or Salesforce
    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 5+ years of team management experience
    • Experience successfully managing dynamic account portfolios
