    仕事情報

    ● 仕事内容 全国400ヵ所のネットワークを持つ物流会社「福山通運」の車両を対象としたトラックの車検整備、定期点検整備および設備修理全般です。全体の仕事の8割が車検整備です。車軸の分解整備、ブレーキやハブの点検などが主な仕事になります。一部の工場では、腐食防止のために塗装作業なども行います。 ●仕事は、必ず二人一組 常に2人1組で作業を行います。作業中に不明点があれば、すぐに相談できる相手がいるので心強く、確認しながら作業を進めるので、ミスを未然に防ぐ事もできます。自社保有トラックの整備なので、無茶な短納期の仕事はありません。大型トラック整備経験のない方がほとんどですが、1年ほどで慣れることができます。 ●自分の技術を磨ける仕事 日々の業務を通して、高度な整備技術や電子制御の知識などを自然と養っていけます。また、年に1~2回のメーカー勉強会で新しい修理の方法も学べます。積極的に資格取得を支援しているので入社後に1・2級整備士や自動車検査員の資格を取得する人が多いのも特徴。スキルを磨きたい方には、うってつけの環境です。 ●土日休み、残業月20h以下 整備士の仕事では、珍しい土日休み(日曜は完全休み)。それは企業間物流が中心だから、土日休みが多く、残業も月20h以下と少ないのが特徴。時期により土曜出勤もありますが、代休も取れます。GWや夏季・年末年始休暇も5~6日、年間休日110日としっかり休め、家族と過ごす時間が増えたと喜ぶ社員が多いです。 ●東証一部上場の安定企業 福山通運は、約6万3000社ある国内トラック運送企業の中で、業界屈指の実績です。また東証1部への上場も果たしており、運送会社としての実力はまさに日本屈指。経営の安定があるからこそ、安心して働ける。もちろん待遇・福利厚生面も上場企業ならではの充実ぶりです。
