    Roles and Responsibility

    エンジニアリングマネージャーとして、拡大しているエンジニア組織のアウトプットを最大化することをミッションに、経営陣やCTOと連携を図り、エンジニアの評価制度作りや、開発環境の整備などの組織作りをワンストップでお任せします。 より事業をグロースさせるべくメンバーの能力向上にコミットし、プロダクトドリブンなエンジニアリング組織を作り上げたい、そんなエンジニアリングマネージャを募集しています。

    • English here As an Engineering Manager, your mission is to maximize the output of the expanding engineering organization. You will collaborate with the executive team and CTO, taking on the responsibility for creating a comprehensive engineering ecosystem, including the establishment of evaluation systems for engineers and the optimization of development environments. Your commitment is towards enhancing the capabilities of the team members to drive business growth, aspiring to build a product-driven engineering organization. We are looking for an Engineering Manager who wants to embody the value of "Great Work, Great Team." 【Specific Responsibilities】
      • Design and implement organizational structures and initiatives to embody the value of "Great Work, Great Team."
      • Develop and operate training programs to promote the technical growth of engineers.
      • Assign members to projects with the goal of maximizing performance.
      • Manage each team member (conduct 1-on-1 meetings, set goals, establish and improve evaluation and feedback systems).
      • People management within the engineering organization (conducting 1-on-1 meetings, handling personnel evaluations).
      • Develop and implement an engineering recruitment plan aligned with product strategy (including direct recruiting, referral-driven recruitment, etc.).

    Minimum Requirements

    • VPoE/エンジニアリングマネージャーの実務経験(業界不問)
    • ダイレクトリクルーティング(スカウト)によるエンジニア採用活動経験
    • エンジニア評価制度や組織戦略などの立案・改善・運用経験
    • エンジニア向け育成・研修プログラムの企画・運営経験

      • Practical experience as a VPoE (Vice President of Engineering) or Engineering Manager (industry irrelevant)
      • Experience in engineer recruitment through direct recruiting (scouting) activities
      • Experience in formulating, improving, and operating engineer evaluation systems and organizational strategies
      • Experience in planning and managing training programs for engineer development

    • Approximately 5 minutes on foot from Tokyo Metro Yurakucho Line "Kojimachi Station" (Exit 2)
    • Approximately 8 minutes on foot from JR "Yotsuya Station"

    Annual Salary: 7,600, ,000,000 JPY *based on experience, ability, and previous work experience

    • Salary adjustments: Twice a year
    • Bonuses: Twice a year (April and October)

    Hours: 9:30 - 18:30 (60 minutes of break time)

    • Depending on the position/grade, it will fall under flextime, specialist discretionary labor system, or management and supervisory discretionary labor system.
