Key job responsibilities
- コストや品質の分析設計およびデータ分析
- データ分析、シミュレーションに基づく問題提起や解決策の提案
- 定期的なレポート発行と分析、および、その傾向把握や予測精度の向上
- 各種レポーティングツールや分析プロセスの管理と改善
- 輸送やサプライチェーン関連のプロジェクト参加と、効果測定などの分析支援
- アメリカやEU等の他国の分析レポートやダッシュボードの導入
トランスポーテーション部門の管轄するEnd-to-Endの全域において、分析設計、分析プロセスの自動化、意思決定支援を行います。具体的には、輸送に関わる、FCからの出荷、庫内移動、トラック積載、輸送ネットワーク、コスト等の多面的な局面における以下の内容です。
a) 分析設計
- 各種システムやオペレーションプロセスを把握し、それらがデータでどのように表現されるかを理解する
- ビジネス側の課題とデータプロセスを理解し、可視化および分析要件の設計をする
- アメリカやEU等、諸外国のレポートやダッシュボードなど、導入可能なコンセプト、データプロセス等がないかを調査する
b) 分析プロセスの自動化
- 定期的に分析レポートやダッシュボードを更新できるよう、プロセスを自動化する
c) 意思決定支援
- アクションに繋がる洞察をデータから導き出せるよう、積極的に意思決定支援を行う
- パフォーマンス計測のためのMetrics(KPI)を定義し、具体的な目標達成まで伴走する

このポジションは、データ分析を中心としつつ、ビジネスチーム・オペレーションチーム・開発チームとの折衝も求められます。ビジネスチーム、オペレーションチームもまだ未把握の課題について、データの可視化によって解像度を上げ、具体的な改善アクションに繋がるような切り口での分析が必要です。また、データの源流となるシステムの構造、ロジック、運用等にも精通することが求められ、ビジネス・オペレーション側と、システム側の両輪を正確に理解することで、改善に直結する意思決定支援を実現します。
従って、データ分析とあわせて、システムに関する知識と経験を持っており、関連部署との日本語・英語での調整(文章・会話)をバランスよく円滑に行える方を求めております。その中でも、物流に対する知識をお持ちの方や、分析要件の策定からデータプロセスの構築までを一貫して担当されていた方を優遇いたします。
加えて、ビジネス要件を正確に理解し、ビジネスチームとのコミュニケーションの中で本当のゴール・要件を把握する分析力、論理的思考力が必要となります。また、Amazonのネットワークは日常的に改善・強化し続けていますので、自発的・積極的に変化を受け入れ吸収することのできる柔軟性も求められます。

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 4年制大学の学士号または同等の経験- 3年以上のFinanceもしくはビジネス部門での分析の実務経験
- 2年以上のSQLやpythonによるデータ分析プロセスの設計・実装経験
- ビジネスレベルの日本語力(ビジネスドキュメント作成・読解、会議運営ができる)
- TOEIC 700点以上または同等の英語力(メール読み書き、日常会話ができるレベル)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5年以上のFinanceもしくはビジネス部門での分析の実務経験- ビジネスドキュメント作成や会議運営ができる英語力
- 以下、a)-c) いずれかの領域での2年以上の経験
- a) ビジネスインテリジェンスまたはビジネスアナリティクスのいずれかでの関連経験
- b) プロジェクトマネージャー、ITコンサルタントなどデータ分析を伴う業務での関連経験
- c) PMもしくはデータパイプライン設計担当としてのシステム導入支援の経験
