【具体的な仕事内容】
・コールセンターにおけるベンダーマネジメント
・KPI管理
・品質・生産性のパフォーマンス管理と改善
・業務改善におけるプロセス設計、進捗管理、結果分析
・新規業務及び新運用ルール導入時のプロセス設計、導入、進捗管理、結果分析
・センター運用上のリスク管理
・運用エスカレーションの対応
・コールセンターの高度化対応
【必要となるスキルと経験】
・ベンダーマネジメント経験もしくは、事業会社でのサービス設計、運用経験
・業務知識習得を自ら積極的に吸収、探究出来る方
・業務改善や・新規PJ立ち上げなどの経験
・業務分析、改善提案と問題解決において、ロジカルシンキングを用いて対応出来る方
・コミュニケーションの中で相手を洞察したり、相手の動きを察した行動が出来る方
・物事を前向きに捉え、能動的に行動出来る方
【スキル・経験としてあれば尚可】
・COPC資格、シックスシグマ
・コールセンター全般の知識をお持ちの方
・システム導入経験(CRM、ナレッジツールやWFM等)又はプロジェクトのリーダー経験
・業務プロセス、ナレッジ等の設計及びマニュアル作成経験
・各種通信機器に関するテクニカルサポート運用経験
【諸条件】
契約形態:正社員
試用期間:あり(3ヶ月)
就業時間:9:00〜17:30(休憩1時間)フレックスタイムあり
休日:土日、祝日、年末年始
一部業務については平日17時30分~20時・土日祝・年末年始の間、従業員協力のもと運用しています。
休日出勤した分については、他の日に振替を行っています。
(17:30~20:00:週1回程度勤務/土日祝:月3回程度勤務)
