- Ensure appropriate assets (manpower, equipment, infrastructure, and materials) for the operations which are needed to deliver the required and agreed operational performance.
- Lead, manage, coach, mentor and develop operational leadership to ensure that a diverse result-orientated organization is in place and is cascaded throughout all operations by means of empowerment, transparent accountability, and compliance.
- Head the organization in a way that operational performance + budgets are achieved as well as Daily (Shop Floor Management Process), Weekly (Site), Monthly (Performance), Quarterly and Annual (OP) Operational Targets in the field of Safety Performance, Quality Performance, Customer Delivery Performance, Production Volumes, Operations Costs (Rental/ Freight/ Quality etc.), Productivity, Operational KPI ́s and long-term business objectives.
- Manage Material Management team in subregion to improve stock availability and service level
- Be Accountable for Inventory Management in sub-region
- Manage customer Quality and process quality
- E2E Supply Chain planning simply business process and enhance standardization in sub-region
- Create and promote an environment of continuous improvement, ensure a long-term vision for operations following the "ZF Way" with a clear correlation between action and results.
- Establish an OP and resource / infra-structure plan in cooperation with the superior based on the ZF planning cycles.
- Cater for the requirements of internal and external customers.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- In-depth knowledge in plant/DC and industry operations
- 5+ years solid working experience in Operations and relevant Functions
- 5+ years leadership experience
- Must to have native level of Japanese skills and high command of English skills
- Transformation competence and organizational development skills
