目的:
・製品導入プロセスを順守し、装置が安定稼働する環境を整えることにより、顧客および患者に安心・安全を提供する。
・プロジェクトプロセスを円滑に進めることにより、顧客および社内部署との調整を適正に行い、受注から検収までを的確に管理する。
責任と権限:
・受注後のプロジェクトオーナーとしての、関係部署とのコミュニケーションを行う。
・契約納期を見据えた、スケジュール管理を行う。
職務内容:
・他のメンバーの簡単なプロジェクトサポートを行う。
・すべてのモダリティの様々なケースのプロジェクトを担当する。
・受注前活動としての現地調査を的確に行い、装置の安定稼働のためのコストを算出する。
・受注後はプロジェクトオーナーとして社内プロセスを円滑に管理する。
・顧客と工事および工程の調整を行い、納期を順守する。
・協力業者を管理・監督し工事品質および工程を順守する。
・プロジェクト対し建築基準法、消防法、建設業法、医療法などを順守する。
・検収内容を把握し、期日内に検収を受けられるようにする。
・新築工事案件などでシーメンス管理下の施工でない場合でも、設計事務所やゼネコン担当者と打ち合わせを行うことにより、装置の設置基準を守った環境を整える
・PlanningGuideなどの英文マニュアルを確認し必要な設置環境を把握する。
・エリアの他部署(営業・CS)とコミュニケーションとり、連携をしてプロジェクトを遂行する。
スキルと資格:
専門知識
建設・電気・空調・X線防護・電波シールドなどの技術的専門知識を有すること
Modality(CT、MR、MI、X-ray)の据付知識を有すること
建設関連法(建設業、消防法、内線規程など)、薬機法、医療法などで設置に関連する知識を有すること
スキル
顧客・社内関連部署とコミュニケーションが円滑に行えること
スケジュール管理が適切に行えること
優先順位を正確に判断し、業務を遂行できること
CAD(AutoCAD)の簡単な図面修正を行えること
建築図面の記載内容を正確に理解できること
建築見積りの内容を正しく理解できること
設計事務所・ゼネコンと対等に協議を行いことができること
建築系施工管理技士相当のスキルがあること
業界経験:
施工管理、プロジェクト管理などの業務経験が3年程度あること
PM(競合他社も含めて)3年以上の経験を有すると尚可
※入社後、1級施工管理技士取得者(建築・管工事・電気工事)
PM Basic Training(国内) のCertificate取得を目指していただきます。
