    General Summary / 職務概要
    • VCJ基本戦略に基づき、上長と合意した上で顧客戦略の立案、実行、フォローアップを行う。同時に、部下の担当顧客立案
      • 実行を支援
      • 管理する。
    • 会社戦略、顧客戦略に基づく、担当顧客の戦術の立案、実行を行う。
    • 社内他部門と積極的に連携し、顧客に対して企業対企業の最大価値の提供を実現する為にリーダーシップを発揮する。
    • 各種Projectへの参画を行い、大手法人のinsightのインプット等を通して、Out putに貢献する。
    • FSと積極的に情報を交換し、店舗レベルに至るまで状況把握
      • 戦略の実行
      • 効果測定のサイクルをリードする。
    • 取引先マネジメント及びキーパーソンと良好なビジネス関係を構築、維持する。

      • チャネル
      • 顧客状況を常に正確に把握し、タイムリーに上長、関係者に報告する。
    • 次世代SAM Managerの人材育成、能力開発を行う。

    Duties & Responsibilities / 職務および職責

    売上目標の達成
    • 顧客毎の売上目標を達成させ、SAM全体の売上目標(NtS)に貢献する。
    • 売上目標達成のため、顧客に対する拡販戦略を立案、実行、フォローアップする。


    顧客対応
    • 顧客の各部門と直接関係を築き、維持する。
    • 顧客とVCJ各部署との関係を繋ぎ、会社全体でのPartnershipを醸成する。
    • 顧客ビジネスの状況を洞察し、課題
      • 機会に合った戦略を提案
      • 交渉
      • 合意する。
    • Planning部門に顧客の課題
      • 機会を共有し、効果的な戦略
      • 戦術立案と実施を協働する。
    • 上長の承認を得た上で、顧客に対する拡販支援を提案
      • 交渉
      • 管理する。
    • VCJが提供する製品やサービスに対する問題や苦情を本部レベルで解決する。必要に応じて、上長へのリスクコールを行う。

    マネジメント
    • 売上目標のみならず、予算、主要施策の進捗を正確に管理する。
    • 顧客の目標管理(立案
      • 提案
      • 合意
      • 実践)について、常にそのプロセスの向上を図り、実践する。
    • リスク管理意識を持ち、必要な改善
      • 提案
      • 交渉を実施する。

    トレーニング
    • SAMのコアコンピテンシーを理解し、部下へのコーチングを通してその開発を行う。
    • FS 営業部員への店舗活動におけるアプローチ方法を提案
      • 支援する。
    • 部下の人材育成、能力開発プランの構築、実施をリードする。


    事業戦略の実行
    • 精度の高い顧客情報の収集による正しい理解と、市場状況を踏まえた、顧客毎の機会と課題の分析と顧客との合意を行う。
    • 会社戦略を理解し、顧客毎の戦略を立案する。
    • 会社戦略、顧客戦略に基づき、顧客毎の戦術を立案する。
    • FSと連携し、戦略に基づいた店舗Actionを立案し、実践する。


    事務/分析
    • 売上予測
      • 目標管理の精度を高める為に、必要な指標を常に把握、管理する。
    • 売上目標管理のみならず、売上トレンドの分析並びにその要因をタイムリーに上長に報告する。
    • 正確且つ高いビジネス感覚をもった効果的なメッセージングの作成と発信(他部門、グローバルとのコミュニケーションを含む)。


    コンプライアンス
    • 全ての営業活動を、必ず、法規制、会社の規則、規定、手順に従って行う。特に「独占禁止法遵守」の徹底を図る。
    • 全ての業務について「ヘルスケアコンプライアンス」およびその他のJ&Jポリシーや規定を遵守して行う。
