- 上記プロジェクトの案件進行、品質管理を日本人レポートマネージャーとインドネシア人チームと連携して実施
- インドネシア内の他のセールスチーム、プロダクトチームと連携して、最適なクライアント向けソリューションの企画
- 上記についてのレポーティングはインドに赴任している日本人マネージャー(*入社後3-6ヶ月は日本人マネージャーもハンズオンで一緒に案件進行いたします)
- 提案型法人営業経験もしくはデジタルマーケティング/EC領域でソリューション型の営業経験を有す
- 上記もしくはデジタルマーケティング/EC領域でPJマネジメント、進行経験を有す
- 英語力(ビジネスレベル)を有す
- 組織や環境の変化に柔軟に対応できること
- デジタル広告の運用、ECマネジメントの実務経験
- チームマネジメント経験
- インドネシア拠点は昨年より日本人のレポーティングマネージャーが赴任している立ち上げのフェーズになるため、自分次第では海外における組織の整備や仕組みを作る経験が得られます

このポジションでは、インドネシア国内へ進出している日系企業を中心に、現地に駐在して海外顧客向けセールスを担当します。 デジタルマーケティングやインフルエンサーマーケティング、EC展開 など、包括的なマーケティング施策の立案〜実行に携わっていただきます。
職務内容
日系クライアントをメインに、D2Cソリューション事業や、自社インフルエンサーやデジタル広告プラットフォーム、またGoogle/Facebook/LINEなどグローバル広告媒体を活用したデジタル施策の立案〜提案を行います。現地や他拠点のD2Cソリューション事業部やインフルエンサーマーケティングチームや広告運用チームなどと連携しながら業務を遂行していただきます。クライアントの業種はFMCG、コスメ、製薬系、F&Bなど多岐に渡ります。
