【タスク】ブランドのビジネス戦略を起点としたメイクアップ中期戦略を理解し、その戦略に基づき、
CPBだから実現できるイノベーティブ、かつ付加価値の高い新製品/既存品強化の企画・開発業務を担当。
■商品の企画立案
ブランド内外の複雑な事象を整理できる論理的思考に加え、
お客さまを魅了するクリエィティブなアイディアを創出する商品企画を立案する
■お客さま視点の情報開発
店頭活動を見据えて、お客さまにわかりやすい魅力的な情報開発を実行する。
グローバルに通用する訴求や薬事ルールを理解し、英語を自身で駆使する努力をし、
競合他社品訴求の分析も踏まえた上で、和文のみならず英文訴求・情報を開発する
■ビジネス思考・データ分析
ブランド/カテゴリー戦略及び市場環境を理解することに関心をもち、ビジネス視点をベースに、
自身の企画を他者にわかりやすく伝わるよう理論構築するためのデータ分析を行う
■タイムマネジメント・オペレーション
基本的な商品開発スケジュールを理解か立案でき、予期せぬ事態が生じても、
軌道修正でき、自身の企画推進をタイムマネジメントできる。
■コミュニケーション
グループ内、他グループメンバー及び関連部門、リージョンパートナーとの連携を基本とし、ポジティブな協働関係を構築できる。
基本的なプロセスを理解し、自ら工夫して複数の関連部門を動かして目標を達成する。
Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)
・化粧品業界、もしくはほかの業界で、商品開発領域における経験(3年以上)
・担当する業務に関連するプロセスを理解し、それに従って行動し上司に適宜報告するスキル
・海外のニーズや協働パートナーの意見を真摯に聞き、自身の企画をより良くすることにつなげていくことのできる柔軟性とクリエイティビティ
・他ブランドや、他業界の市場トレンドに敏感かつ関心をもち、自らの職務にそれらをつなげていくことのできる感度のよさ
・ビジネス思考及びクリエイティブ発想の両方をバランスよく兼ね備えていること
・TOEIC730点以上、もしくは同等以上の英語力
