- Work with Compliance management to ensure that the company's activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide oversight of day-to-day administration of key controls including but not limited to guidelines monitoring, personal trading, gift and entertainment monitoring, AML, and marketing material review.
- Handle regulatory filing and reporting.
- Review internal policies and procedures.
- Provide compliance trainings initiatives
- Support compliance-related tasks
- 4-8 years compliance experience in the financial industry
- Knowledge of asset management business is desirable
- Knowledge of applicable regulatory environment is an advantage
- Experience of investment compliance monitoring is a plus
- Will consider highly motivated candidates who would like to pursue career in Compliance
- Ability to handle multiple task and work under pressure as part of a team
- Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, collaborative problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Business level English skill
