    Recruitment Position: Advertising Service Planning

    "K" Line is able to engage in a wide range of activities, from upstream strategy considerations such as advertising commercial development strategy and roadmap formulation as start-up of business to PdM and Promane for specific development projects, and PoC progress while working with sales and marketing headquarters.

    [Specific business contents]

    ・Development of strategy for entire advertising service

    ・Development of functions for creating and realizing roadmaps for advertising products

    ・Detailed along with development, project management for definition and release of functional requirements and detailed functional requirements

    ・Operational design for expansion of advertising services

    Project Management for Specific Advertising Deals

    ■Requirements

    ・ Those who are interested in Rakuten Pay's business and have a high interest in the payment industry and advertising industry

    ・To have the motivation to obtain an English score of 800 or more or to obtain an equivalent score within 2 years

    ・People who have the following experience directly related to work

    └Person with experience in service planning and product management (PdM)

    ・Advertising planning, advertising sales, etc.

    └ Those who have experience in project management in the online industry

    If you have experience of release of new service (for individuals, regardless of corporate)

    ■Nice to have

    In order to plan services for the business at the start-up stage, many scenes are assumed to be where we tackle the issues that have yet to be answered with hypotheses and necessary grounds. Therefore, the following points are also focused on when selecting for employment.

    ・Those who have the intention to imagine, plan and promote business activities even if there is no correct answer

    ・Those who want to lead multiple projects and carry out project management from upstream to downstream

    ・People who have the mindset to achieve KPIs by continuously implementing PDCA

    ■What kind of career you can build

    As a launch member of advertising service planning, we will discuss business policies with upper management, communicate closely with sales side and development side on concrete projects, and interact with various internal and external members and internal departments such as advertising stakeholders inside and outside the Rakuten Group.

    BizDev (business side) and PdM · PM (development side) can be seen as advertising service planning, so it is possible to make PdM as a service planner as a career path, or to advance career in business planning etc.
