- Ability to engage at various levels within customer organizations.
- Experience in key account management and distributor engagement.
- Existing network and expertise in Japan's pharma industry preferred.
- Strong negotiation and value selling skills.
- Resilient, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Proficiency in SAP, SFDC, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive mindset with time management skills.
- International outlook with cultural affinity for Japan market.
- Fluency in English and Japanese.
- Willingness to travel domestically and regionally.
