- 給与計算・年末調整・社会保険手続のご経験が3年以上(事業会社、アウトソースは不問)
- 基本的なPCスキル(特にExcelでIF・VLOOKUPなどの関数、ピボットを利用した実務経験)
- IT業界での人事経験
- 社内 Library:100種類近くの雑誌や書籍を取り揃えています。

◆NHNグループの労務担当として、NHN JAPANおよび子会社の給与社保業務をご担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
以下、およそ600名の従業員の給与計算や年末調整などの労務管理業務をお任せ致します。
※実際の給与計算については外部にアウトソースしているため、とりまとめや社内確認などがメインとなります。
