【職務詳細】
オフィスビル全てのフロアが当企業の部門となる為、受付で来訪者の対応・ご案内をいただきます。打合せでご来社の方、グループ企業の社員の方、ビル内で行われるオーディションに訪れた方の対応などを行っていただきます。
・来館者カード運用(記入促し、カード保管)
・来訪者の訪問先への連絡(社内チャットツール、内線利用)
・ゲストカード貸与と回収
・宅配便などの受け取り及び宛先社員への取り次ぎ
・会議室予約(社内スケジュール管理システム利用)
・会議室予約状況確認&更新
・駐車場予約状況の当日確認対応等
【勤務時間】
9:00~18:00(休憩1時間) 実働8H
※時短勤務ご希望の方は、応相談(午前のみ、午後のみなど)

週休2日制、土日祝日

SKILLS
[Required experience/skills]
Japanese: Advanced business level (for foreign nationals, level at which they can deal with Japanese visitors by themselves)
English: Native language level
(Those who do not use English often, but are able to interact with and provide guidance to foreign visitors)
・Person who has experience in reception work, customer service work, and external relations experience
(Reception experience is not required.)
・PC skills: Ability to perform basic input and operation using Word, Excel, etc.

Those with experience in corporate reception work, conference room reservations, receiving parcels, and communicating within the company are welcome.

[Job details]
Since all floors of the office building are part of our company's department, you will be responsible for handling and guiding visitors at the reception desk. You will be responsible for dealing with people who come to the company for meetings, employees of group companies, and people who come to auditions held in the building.
・Visitor card operation (encourage filling out, card storage)
・Contacting visitors to their destinations (using internal chat tools and extensions)
・Guest card lending and collection
・Receiving parcels, etc. and relaying them to the destination employee
・Meeting room reservation (using internal schedule management system)
・Confirm and update conference room reservation status
・Same-day confirmation of parking reservation status, etc.
【Working hours】
9:00-18:00 (1 hour break) 8 hours of actual work

2-day week, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
[Salary] ¥1,650 ~ 1,750 / hour
