- 予算責任を持ち、アニメ製作の予算管理の実施
- 事業および組織構築、運営、メンバー管理
- 事業方針の立案および組織編制
- Good understanding of the production process in an animation studio for quality control
- Experience in planning and implementing marketing plans
- Minimum 3+ years related experience in animation production
- Good knowledge of animation productions
- Understanding of market user needs
- Ability to take responsibility for profit on each production
