アマゾンジャパンは、プロキュアメント部門において、フルフィルメントセンターならびにデリバリーステーション(以下、総称してサイトという)における調達購買業務のシニアスペシャリストを探しています。
本ポジションは、Amazonが強みとする迅速な配送スピードを実現するために、各ファンクションリーダーと一緒になり、調達購買業務の目標を、内外の関係部署と調整して、達成可能なマネジメントを行っていただきます。
既存サイトだけでなく、新規サイトの設備設計から設備導入、技術部門と一緒に、予算作成から発注、工程管理、原価構造分析、原価低減活動、見積の妥当性確認、新規サプライヤー開拓、VA/VE活動も含めて、総合的に携わって頂きます。
1. 会社の成長を支えるサプライヤー調達購買戦略の実施、実施後における継続的な改善
2. 予算作成、サプライヤーセレクション、RFQ/RFP作成、契約、発注、原価分析、原価低減、VA/VE活動、検収まで一連の業務の実施
3. 既存取引先評価を実施、国内外のサプライヤーと連携し、適正なコストで調達、生産能力拡大、変動対応力の向上及びリスク管理を行う
4. サプライヤーとのコミュニケーションおよびネゴシエーションを行い、短期間で適正品質の調達購買の実現
5. 新規サプライヤーを社内関係部署と一緒に開拓
6. チームメンバーと協力し、所属チームの能力を最大化

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3年以上の調達購買業務での経験- 1年以上のプロジェクト実施経験
- 社内他部門およびサプライヤーと業務を推進した経験
- 1億円規模以上のプロジェクトに従事し、管理、推進した経験
- ビジネスレベルのエクセル/ワード/パワーポイント等のソフトウェアを使えるスキル
- 日本語と英語の両言語における口頭と書面でのコミュニケーション能力
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3年以上の調達購買業務をリードした経験- JAVA/PHP/SQL等のプログラム言語に対する基本知識がある
- 5億円規模以上のプロジェクトに従事、管理、推進した経験
- 製造業、流通業での業務経験
- Oracle/SAPの調達購買業務での利用経験
