職務範囲:
1.ビジネスへの貢献
・ 当社の製品を販売、納品するために必要な装置、役務、備品等を調達する際の調達先の調査、価格交渉、意思決定のサポート。
・ 各マーケット、取引先候補の情報を社内関連部署へ提供し、最適なモノ・サービスを適切な価格で、必要な数量調達するためのサポート。
2.継続的なプロセス改善
・ 社内外ステークホルダとの緊密なコミュニケーション、および発注履歴の分析等に基づいた商流改善、工程改善、代替品の提案
3.購買戦略の立案と実施
・ 社内外のビジネス環境を踏まえた、中長期的な購買戦略の策定と実行
職務内容:
・保守を含む国内調達品購買に関する、業界、製品仕様、取引先、販売ルート等の調査、分析に基づく購買戦略の策定、実行、および調達時の価格交渉等
・工事、インストレーション購買に関する、業界、工事仕様、地域別の取引先等の調査、分析に基づく購買戦略の策定、実行、および価格交渉等・シーメンスヘルスケア・ダイアグノスティクス(株)購買に関する、業界、製品仕様、取引先、販売ルート等の調査、分析に基づく購買戦略の策定、実行、および調達時の価格交渉等
・SLAに基づいたグループ会社に対する戦略購買サービスの提供
・社内規程、および国内外のレギュレーションに準拠した購買プロセスの構築、および改善等
求める経験・知識:
・購買部門での3年以上の経験
・英語力(Global Teamとの議論、海外取引先との交渉等)
・交渉力(価格、仕様、納期等に関する社内外のステークホルダとの交渉)
・一般的な経済環境に関する正しい認識(材料・為替等の価格変動要素に対する理解力)
