- Participate in strategy and roadmap development

- Secure service requirements are an integral part of Category Teams within Vestas, leverage scale, secure supply at right price and quality, and compliant with Vestas's policies
- Global lead on annual Negotiations, Supply base and supply chain optimization
- Take full responsibility to drive and coordinate optimization projects
- Secure and implement Procurement processes related to suppliers, not limited to Risk Assessment, Supplier Relationship Management and Supplier Account Plans
- Actively complete and collaborate with all functions
- Work closely with the Matrix organization on the Strategy Execution
- A masters degree in a supply chain or international business
- At least - years of proven experience with Wind Turbine Manufacturers, heavy engineering or Similar industries.
- High-level experience with stakeholder management
- You are a skilled IT user (SAP, SAP ARIBA and Microsoft Office)
- As our corporate language is English, fluency in English is needed, both verbally and in writing
- Business Japanese language skill with business level English.
- Currently withholds Japanese work permit.
- Ability to negotiate and finalize high value contracts.
- Expert in figures including collecting,analyzing and interpreting data.
- Solid judgment with ability to make good decisions.
- Expertise in preparing Power point Presentations.
- Good English communication skill

Responsibilities
As a Specialist you will be amongst a creative procurement team and be responsible for Indirect, Construction, creative solutions and wind turbine components for the Vestas Service Business unit. We pride ourselves on treating each other with respect and supporting each other to stay focused, committed, and always motivated. Your exposure and visibility are high, and the role offers the opportunity to both contribute to the strategic agenda as well as gaining experience in daily high-impact operational decisions. You will be reporting to the Head of Service Solutions Procurement APAC.
