業務内容:
CSOからヘルスケアサービスプロバイダーへ。製薬業界を超え、ヘルスケア業界全体で課題解決を支援する総合人材事業。MRの経験を活かした新しいサービス展開へ(MR Transformation+MR以外の専門性への拡がり。ヘルスケアの課題解決をヒトを介して実現(製薬企業だけではなくヘルスケアマーケットへ)。IQVIACSMS チェンジマネージメント部門として新規事業の立上げをリード(部門戦略の策定、事業PL/投資計画の管理、採用/組織構築、BD/デリバリーリード、ソートリーダーシップ)

•コンサルティングファームにおいて、ライフサイエンス企業/ヘルスケア関連企業におけるチェンジマネジメント領域でのBD/デリバリー経験を有する方
