:About Organization
We are part of the Portfolio & Strategy Office (PSO) Division within Rakuten Mobile Inc, and we function as a cross functional collaboration team developing and implementing Business Processes and Strategies for the Network Division. The Team designs processes by leveraging Industry Best Practices, Benchmarking and Ideating with references to ITIL /eTOM frameworks.
We design & develop network and operation processes, enable process adoption and governance, life cycle management of processes and process digitization. Conduct periodic process audits & training.
We are also involved in risk assessment, problem solving, and analytical solutions to drive value for the organization. Team leverages the industry best practices, tools, and frameworks (eTOM, ITIL, etc.) to create the best-in-class processes and advisory solutions.
Job duties
As a Consultant, you will work on projects that help Rakuten Mobile integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. Understand Rakuten Business needs, objectives, and challenges through effective communication and collaboration.
Minimum Qualification
• 3-6 years of experience in management consulting for Telecom/IT.
• Strong background in business and IT process excellence.
• Experience in eTOM process implementation, process engineering methodologies (e.g.Lean) for process efficiency, and ITSM/ITIL.
• Skilled in crafting and executing digital transformation strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Analyzing, designing, and implementing efficient and effective business processes.
• Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and contributing to the overall success of our telecom projects.
Preferred Qualification
• MBA from Tier 1 Institute
• Graduate in Engineering or equivalent from a top-tier college
• Stakeholder management and effective communication skills.
• ITIL/eTOM
