- Deliver highly complex, cross-functional projects/programs with in-house and outsourced staff across the entire Rakuten Mobile organization.
- Ensure project delivery excellence by continuously monitoring project management, identifying recurring issues, and defining action plans for resolution.
- Adhere to highest project delivery standards and artifacts as per the Rakuten Project Management Methodology.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
- Provide regular status updates, escalations, maintain RAID logs, and manage risks.
- Manage project vendor communication, both local and remote, across different time zones.
- PMP / PRINCE2 certification or relevant equivalent
- 3 years of experience managing projects and reporting to senior management
- Experience working on Telecom Radio access or Core projects
- Japanese language proficiency of at least JLPT N2
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence
