    As a Legal Specialist, you will be involved in the projects requested, and at the same time, you will manage the legal group as a Legal Leader.

    ・Supervise the work of group members and check the results of their work.

    As a Legal Specialist, you will be responsible for drafting contract documents and providing various legal consultations in response to requests from the departments providing each service.

    ・Drafting documents (merchant agreements, terms of service, etc.)

    ・Legal consultation (new service design, troubleshooting, legal research)

    ・Campaign verification (checking legality under the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations)

    ・In-house educational activities

    ■Requirements

    ・In addition to the requirements of a Legal Specialist, experience in managing members of a legal department.

    ・Minimum of 3 years of legal work experience (contract legal affairs, compliance work, etc.) at a company or government agency.

    ・Minimum TOEIC score of 800 or have the motivation to obtain an equivalent score within 2 years of joining the company.
