- Build Global Brand Communication and Activation strategy to meet company targets
- Define impactful Masterbrand Communication Campaigns to grow Brand Awareness
- Leverage Beauty and Fashion trends into inspiring actionable collections for our B to B and B to C audiences
- Implement Engaging events to foster loyalty among our B to B customers
- Create successful Brand Activation plans together with New Product development team to drive business growth in APAC markets
- Proactively engage with local markets to ensure excellent knowledge of countries' needs and trends, steer implementation in countries and facilitate best practices sharing among markets
- Define and monitor digital KPI and recommend corrective measures if needed
- Recommend and monitor budget
- Team Management:recruitment, motivation, and development as well as organization designrecommendations to manager
- Over 3 years of successful Brand Communication and/or Brand Activation Management position
- Excellent project steering skills to efficiently drive projects with multiple external and internal stakeholders
- Great collaborative and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to challenge status quo and to adapt
- High interest in Beauty
- Fluent in Japanese andfull professional capabilities in English
- Work experience in an international/APAC environment
- Additional Asian languages would be a plus
- Expertise in Digitalwould be a plus
