- Support to develop capital solutions including reinsurance to make better use of capital and optimize the balance sheet
- Conduct financial analyses to execute capital solutions including reinsurance
- Produce required metrics and sensitivities for capital management purpose
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to execute capital solutions including reinsurance
- Manage a small team
- Life Insurance experience or comparable financial industry experience
- Working experience in the insurance or finance fields for 5 plus years
- Ability to drive a business proposal from idea formulation to implementation.
- Negotiation skills
- Business writing skills, presentation skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Qualifications: Actuarial skills at associate level and above
- Japanese: native proficiency
- English: fluent proficiency. Interacting with counterparts in other countries, especially in the US, is likely
- A good self-starter who can work as a team
