Rakuten's EC business has been growing mainly through Market Place (Rakuten Ichiba), but as the stage of the domestic EC market advances and business forms diversify, we are required to establish multiple growth engines. The C2C business is expected to be one of these growth engines, and the C2C business is a division that was restarted after the integration of the two apps, Frill and Rakuma.
We launched this service in 2012, and the number of transactions and users "Flea market App" continues to grow. In this growing field, Rakuma leverages the assets of the Rakuten Group to provide the benefits of a more affordable, convenient, safe and secure shopping experience.
In addition, Rakuma has a large number of customers in their 20's and 30's within the Rakuten Group, and has a high share of new Rakuten members, making it important in terms of attracting new Rakuten members.
Among many services, C2C service (Rakuma) is an important business that is expected to be one of the growth engines of the group. We are actively working to improve the UI/UX and site performances of each web page. With focusing on web design in a project, you will take a responsibility for improving web pages based on numerical analysis and so on. Because it is related to our whole business, we are looking for a person who can communicate with each team member with different backgrounds to find effective solutions and solve problems.

Position Details
The role of a CWD manager is to create and manage content for the Rakuma service. Responsible for managing the planning and production of campaign pages and banners, etc. With focusing on schedule management for all the promotions and announcements from the Rakuma service, you will take a responsibility for involving and getting aligned with all teams and improving banners and notification based on numerical analysis and so on.
This is a position that leads and manages the team, from data analysis to progress management and quality assurance of produced contents.

Creative quality assurance (confirmation of requirements, design defects, text information, operation verification, etc.)
KPI setting
Management of a team (determining team policy, training/evaluation, 1on1 interviews)

As the person responsible for all contents in creative direction and content management, you will be responsible for making accurate and speedy decisions
Release campaigns and other pages at the right time and the right target according to business impact while controlling and understanding members' schedules and operations
