Key job responsibilities
社内関係部門や取引先企業と連携しながら、効率的かつ高精度な輸送計画と実行、ならびに業務プロセス改善を担っていただきます。
■輸送計画の策定と実行 - 需要予測と傾向分析に基づき、社内アプリケーションなどを用いてミドルマイルの短期計画を策定いただきます。また、高品質な計画策定のために、社内関係部門および取引先企業とのコミュニケーション、スケジュール管理、アクションの推進をリードいただきます。
■業務プロセス改善 - 輸送ネットワークや社内アプリケーションの変更に伴って発生する業務課題の解決および、より高品質なサービスを提供するためのプロセス改善を計画・実行いただきます。

A day in the life
・フレックスタイム制
※コアタイム無し・実働8時間/日となりますが、業務時間帯はマネージャーと相談の上、業務および個人の都合に応じて変更が可能となる場合があります。例えば、個人の事情で日中の勤務が難しい場合は他時間帯に振り分ける等、ワークワイフハーモニー(バランス)を重視した働き方が可能です。

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:
Tokyo, 13, JPN
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of program or project management experience- 1+ years of supply chain experience
- Experience using Excel to track/trend/manipulate/present datasets
- Business level Japanese and English - verbal and written
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Understanding of Amazon Transportation and Logistics networks (First Mile, Middle Mile, Last Mile)- Experience in reading/writing Python
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
- Strong experience in reading and writing SQL queries
- Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture
