Amazonセラーサービス事業本部は、Marketplace Paid Services (以下AMPS) 部門のマーチャント・コンサルタントをマネージしながらご自身もコンサルタントとしてセラー様にサービスを提供いただけるTeam Leadを募集します。Amazon出品サービス はAmazon以外の企業がAmazonのプラットフォーム上に商品を出品、販売を行うことができる企業向けサービスです。2007年4月のサービス提供開始から今日に至る まで、多くの法人企業様(以下「出品者」)に利用され、さらにその数は毎月増えています。Amazonのミッションである地球上で最も豊富な品揃えを実現するためには今後更に様々な商品を出品者様にご出品いただくことが不可欠です。
AMPSのTeam leadは、Amazonプラットフォームで商品を出品している出品者向けに提供している有料のコンサルティングサービスプログラムとPeople managementを担います。具体的には、コンサルティングサービスプログラムに参加する事業者の経営戦略や事業戦略を踏まえた上で、プラットフォームの新機能提案(主に物流ソリューション、マーケティングサポート)、品揃えの最適化などを通じたAmazonにおける売上最大化を目指します。またDirect memberのピープルマネジメントも担います。
出品者の売上ポテンシャルを最大化するためには、販売実績データの分析を行い、分析結果に基づいて具体的なアクションを提案し、販売事業者に実行していただくことが求められています。そのためには、各出品者の販売データや、商品ジャンルごとの売上ランキングデータなどを、多角的かつ迅速に分析した上で、短期的・中長期的に取るべきアクションを特定し、各出品者に提案することが必要です。そのうえで、下記のアクションを継続的に提供していきます。例えば、商品ページの閲覧数の最大化や、購入転換率の向上を目指し、商品ページ構成の最適化提案、各種広告施策に関する提案、タイムセール等の実施サポート、配送品質向上のためのコンサルテーションなどを行います。主なKPIとして、出品商品ページの質、出品商品数とその配送品質、広告により新たに生み出された売上、新機能導入件数、新機能から上がる売上などがあげられます。

Are you interested in innovating to deliver a world-class level of service to Amazon's Selling Partners? The Amazon Marketplace Paid Services (AMPS) program which seeks to improve the customer and Selling Partner experience on Amazon by working directly with Selling Partners to improve value, selection and convenience across their business.
Our team will invent and innovate across technology, processes and people to grow the program, improve seller engagement and satisfaction and enable global solutions through direct cooperation with the US, EU, and China Teams.
AMPS is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Team leads to help growing our Paid Services programs, and people management for direct member (Merchant consultant) .
The Team leads is responsible for working with a group of Selling Partners as part of this service, to help them grow their business on Amazon's JP Marketplace, offering support on launching on new programs, exploring Amazon's marketing tools, advising on account strategy and selection listing.
Your work will be supported by a Selling Partner Support Service, to help address operational and technical issues. This is an opportunity to shape a key new growth program in Amazon's JP marketplace.
Given the early stage of the AMPS program you will also be responsible for developing processes, tools and content for this new service.
You will be a key part of developing our portfolio of Paid Services solutions alongside cross functional teams and colleagues in the US, EU, and China.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable influencing senior external stakeholders, strong sales skills, a track record of using data and tools to drive business growth and be comfortable operating in an ambiguous environment given the early stage of the AMPS program.
