Our company, established on March 11, 2022, by multiple publishing houses and trading companies, focuses on two main businesses: AI publishing and distribution optimization solutions, and RFID solutions. We aim to enhance and utilize data in the publishing industry through these endeavors.We will leverage digital transformation (DX) to address structural challenges within the publishing industry from innovative perspectives. The publishing industry faces several structural challenges that urgently need improvement.

Through the application of DX, we will tackle these challenges from fresh angles.

Furthermore, we aim to encourage the widespread adoption of our new technologies among publishers, bookstores, and distribution companies, contributing to the transformation of the entire publishing distribution into a sustainable model. Our goal is to maintain a comfortable reading environment where people can discover a wide range of appealing publications at storefronts.

Roles and Responsibility

業務内容
・当社では、データ収集・処理基盤システムを提供し出版流通をデータ利活用によりサステナブルにするというミッションのもと、Apache Airflowでワークフローエンジンのシステム構築を行い、プラットフォームの提供をしています。
・本職種ではデータプラットフォームエンジニアとして、新規顧客、新規施策に伴う、プラットフォームの拡張や運用業務の改善や調査・検証を担っていただきます。
・ネットワークを含めたハードウェアレイヤーからアプリケーションレイヤーまでの広い技術理解が求められる、やりがいの大きい仕事です。

AI発行・配本事業部について
・サステイナブルな出版流通を実現するために、DXを活用したサプライチェーン全体の最適化サービスを提供します。出版社様、販売会社様、書店様とステークホルダーも多く調整を含めて大変ではありますが、サプライチェーンの上流~下流まで一気通貫で改革出来る非常にやりがいあるポジションになっております。

• English here <> At the company, under the mission of making publishing distribution sustainable through data utilization, we build workflow engine systems using Apache Airflow and provide platforms. In this role as a Data Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for expanding and improving the operation of the platform, as well as conducting investigations and verifications related to new customers and initiatives. This position requires a broad technical understanding from the hardware layer, including the network, to the application layer, making it a challenging and rewarding job. <> To achieve sustainable publishing distribution, the division provides optimization services for the entire supply chain using DX. Minimum Requirements

・プラットフォームの開発、運用、トラブルシューティングの経験
・クラウド上でのスクリプト言語(Js,Python,PHP etc)による開発経験
・PostgreSQLなどのRDMSを利用して開発した実務経験
・パブリッククラウド(GCP、AWS、Azure)の利用経験
・Apache Airflow、Apache NiFiなどのワークフローエンジンのシステム構築経験
・データベースシステムの設計・チューニング経験
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力

  • Experience in the development, operation, and troubleshooting of platforms.
  • Development experience using scripting languages (Js, Python, PHP, etc.) on the cloud.
  • Practical experience in development using RDMS such as PostgreSQL.
  • Experience in using public clouds (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • System construction experience with workflow engines like Apache Airflow, Apache NiFi.
  • Experience in designing and tuning database systems.
  • Business-level proficiency in Japanese.

  • Experience in environment setup and development on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Experience in data engineering.
  • Experience in building and operating Data Warehouses (DWH) such as Redshift or BigQuery.
  • Experience as a project leader/sub-leader.
  • Knowledge in networking.

Conditions / Benefits

Annual Salary: TBA ~ 15M The amount will be determined upon consultation, taking experience and other factors into consideration

Hours: 9:00~17:30 (Break 1 hour)
