- CRM分析ツールを管理・運用し、顧客の主要なKPIや購入動向を追跡し、レポート、戦略やオペレーションに反映
- ストアチームと密にコミュニケーションを取り、CRMアクションのニーズやベストプラクティスを共有
- 顧客イベントの企画運営のサポートやとレポーティング、ギフティングやプロダクトサンプルの管理
- CRMコストの支出と予算管理のサポート
- 優れた分析力と積極的ななマインドセットを持つ方
- PIVOT、VLOOKやSUMIF等の中級以上のExcelスキル
- お客様のデータを理解し、様々な関係者に簡潔かつ適切な方法で伝える高いコミュニケーション能力
- 時間管理能力が高く、マルチタスク、優先順位をつけることができる
- ビジネスレベルの英語力(会話含む:目安:TOEIC800以上)
- 流暢レベルの日本語力
