半導体製造装置メーカーとしてCVD成膜やエッチングプロセスを30年以上継続的に研究開発しており、その経験により蓄積されたプロセスlibraryは累積6000レシピ以上となっております。開発されたプロセスはEtch, CVD, PVD, IBD, IBE、ALDと多岐にわたっており、プロセスレシピの提供を含む装置販売などによる顧客サポートを実施しております。又、主要な研究開発機関との協力関係を持ち、継続的な新規デバイス開発のプロセス知見の蓄積を行っております。
